Review of the National Framework for Action on Dementia 2006 - 2010:

Quantum Consulting in conjunction with Dr. Colleen Doyle (National Ageing Research Institute) and Professor Barbara Horner (Curtin University of Technology) was recently awarded the contract to Review the National Framework for Action on Dementia 2006 – 2010 by the Department of Health and Ageing (Cth).

Outcome Evaluation of the Pilot Youth Justice Initiative:

Quantum Consulting in conjunction with Victoria Williams has been engaged to undertake an Outcome Evaluation of the Pilot Youth Justice Initiative on behalf of the Department of Corrective Services.

Review of FESA’s Emergency Services Cadet Corps and Junior / Cadet Programs:

Quantum Consulting has been engaged by the Fire and Emergency Services Authority of Western Australia (FESA) to undertake a Review of FESA’s Youth Development Program, which comprises of the Emergency Services Cadet Corps (ESCC) and FESA’s Junior / Cadet Programs within FESA’s volunteer Brigades, Groups and Units.

Vocational Education and Training Awards Research Analysis Project:

The Department of Education, Employment and Workplace Relations (DEEWR) has recently engaged Quantum Consulting to undertake the Vocational Education and Training Awards Research Analysis Project. The output of the Project will be used to facilitate stronger capabilities in VET national award programs policy development, a better understanding of the selected cohort will allow the VET national award programs to deliver and implement evidence-based, strategically orientated policy options and solutions to improve the award processes.

Business Plan for the Australian Prospectors and Miners Hall of Fame:

Quantum Consulting has recently developed the annual Business Plan on behalf of the Australian Prospectors and Miners Hall of Fame. The Business Plan developed was for a 12 month period, however was framed within a medium term strategic outlook (3 to 5 years).

Review of Kickstart Mentoring Initiative:

The Department of Education, Employment and Workplace Relations has recently engaged Quantum Consulting to provide an independent review of the impact of the mentoring and support services delivered through the Kickstart Mentoring Initiative on the retention of Australian Apprentices who have been mentored.
